You will receive an email to schedule an interview. We conduct interviews on-site in our Gainesville location. Depending on your career pathway, we may ask that you come prepared with a portfolio of completed projects or work that you’ve accomplished in the past. We will answer any questions that you have about our company and our mission, as well as ask questions of our own to determine the best fit.
Step 3
After the interview, we may request that you complete a Skills Assessment Test. This is usually aimed at the engineering career path, and because of the nature of our work, will help us determine the proper placement that will give you the best chance of long-term success within our company. These tests are not multiple choice assessments - we need to see technique. Once this is complete, on-boarding will begin.
