We help streamline R&D through our established engineering design process.
How We Do It
1
Engineering Design
Our Team creates the technical files that your project needs, guided by you or your engineering team.
2
Rapid Prototyping
We build pre-production parts in-house with advanced development capabilities.
3
Manufacturing
Our manufacturing ecosystem includes production, assembly, inspection, and distribution.
The Scope of Work
We engage with our clients through a Scope of Work, a document outlining our efforts on your projects. The “Scope” depends on what you need done.
"Creativity, flexibility, professionalism, and a sense of humor, what more can you ask for? RDM has been a solid partner in helping us design, prototype, and soon manufacture the product we envision coming to life. Domenic and the RDM team are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and step us through each process, answering our questions and providing needed data to help ensure our project remains on track."

FAQs
What can I expect when hiring RDM for my outsourced R&D needs?
As a service-based company, we create a Scope of Work and develop your product through checkpoints. Here is the typical process:
Confidentiality Agreement is signed by both organizations.
Project files are shared.
Master Service Agreement is signed by both organizations.
Services are performed.
Depending on your project needs, we will schedule recurring design review meetings. We have payment plans and financing partners available.
Do I have to use all of the services in the RDM ecosystem?
No! We started this company to provide the services you need. Only need the CAD file? No problem! Just want to 3D print? We’ve got you covered. Our mission is to get more products to market, not run you in circles in the premarket stage of your product.
How do I start my product development journey?
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe your team wants to your existing product lines. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you start makes all the difference.
