3D Printing

At RDM we have a team of engineers who are constantly using 3D printing techniques. Rapid prototyping is often done using multiple different processes such as Fused deposition modeling, selective laser sintering, and stereolithography. These are popular rapid prototyping and proof of concept techniques to see quality results fast.

Rapid Prototyping

By leveraging advanced 3D printing technologies, we offer  fast parts prototyping  with a wide selection of materials and dimensional accuracy to accommodate your needs. By using a 3D model provided by you or created by us, we turn  your parts  to life in a matter of days.

Here at RDM we use rapid prototyping with a popular proof of concept prototype called fused deposition modeling (FDM). Which allows us to create lightweight and durable parts. It is seen as a rapid application development tool. what is 3d printing …

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)

A popular choice for Proof-of-Concept prototypes, FDM printing yields lightweight and durable parts. While,  limited to select materials like ABS, which is not as accurate as its SLS and SLA counterparts, FDM is a perfect match for  those seeking  a fast and economical solution.

Here at RDM we also have rapid prototyping with selective laser sintering (SLS) which is good for functional models and injection modeling parts. This 3d printing software allows for rapid application development and innovation all together. As a pr…

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)

SLS is best suited for printing strong, functional models, which resemble injection molded parts. This method is limited to engineering thermoplastics, specifically Nylon, and requires post-processing to achieve the desired surface finish. If you are looking for industrial grade models, SLS is the recommended 3D printing method.

At RDM innovation we have found stereolithography components allow for you to create some really special 3D printed designs with the innovation methods. rapid prototyping 3d printing and software. research innovation to what is 3d builder then this …

Stereolithography (SLA)

If your components require high accuracy, extreme durability, and excellent surface finish, SLA is a great solution. With a wide range of engineering grade materials the design remains unconstrained; however, the superior quality of the SLA parts comes at a higher price.
